Tom Yum Goong

Tom Yum Goong is a hot and sour Thai soup. Broth or water base, Kaffir leaves, galangal, lime juice and Thai Chili. For direction follow on Youtube.

Preparation:

6 shrimps peel the shell and deveined.

1/4 cup fresh mushroom

1 lemongrass stalk ( cut into 4-5pcs.)

4 pieces galangal

4 kaffir leaves

4 cilantro roots or cilantro stem.

4 Thai chilies

Ingredients:

Broth or water base            1 1/2 CUP

Chicken broth mix (knorr)   1TBS

Fish sauce                          1 1/2 TBS

Chili paste in soybean oil    1 TBS

Sugar                                  1TSP

Lime juice                           1 1/2 TBS
