Massaman Beef Curry


Tender cubes of beef in a mussamun curry and coconut milk stew with carrots, potatoes, onions , roasted peanuts and pineapple chunk.

Preparation:

Carrots - 2 (cut 2 inches)

White potatoes -3 (cut in cubes)

Onion - 1/2 onion

Ingredients:

Mussamun Curry Paste - 3-4 TBS

Coconut Cream - 1CUP

Coconut Milk - 2CUP

Fish Sauce - 2 1/2 TBS

Palm Sugar - 100g

Tammarin Juice - 2TBS

Roasted Peanut - 1/4 CUP or less

Cinnamon Stick - 1

Bay Leaves - 2

Anise Spice - 4
