Preparation:
Rice stick noodle - 4OZ ( soak in water for 20min.)
Egg - 1 egg
Bean sprouts - 2/3 CUP
Green onions - 2/3 CUP
Firm tofu - 1/3 CUP cut in small cube (Deep fry)
Salted turnip - 5g
Minced shallots - 5g
Ground peanut 1 TBS
Chicken breast (slice) - 100g
Shrimp - 4 shrimps

Sugar (dissolved) - 3 TBS
