Tom Kha Gai

Tom Kha Soup: Chicken in coconut milk, mushrooms, baby corn, Thai herbs, Thai chilies, and lime juice.

Preparation:

Lemongrass - 1 stalk (cut in pieces)

Kaffir leaves - 4-5 leaves

Galanga - 4-5 pieces

Thai chilies - 2

Mushroom - 1/4 cup

Baby corn - 1/4 cup

Cilantro roots or Cilantro stems Chicken breast (slice)

Ingredients:

Coconut milk 1/2 cup

Water base 1 cup

Fish sauce 1 1/2 TBS

Chili paste with soya bean oil 1TBS

Lime juice 1 1/2 TBS

Sugar 1 tsp

Knorr Chicken broth 1 TBS
