Yellow Curry
PREPARATION:
1. POTATOES 1 potato (pre cooked)
2. CARROTS 1 carrot (pre cooked)
3. ONIONS 1/2 cup
4. CHICKEN (BREAST) 200g

SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
1. COCONUT MILK 2 cup
2. YELLOW CURRY PASTE 1 TBS
3. FISH SAUCE 1 TBS
4. SUGAR (DISSOVE SUGAR) 1 TBS
5. YELLOW CURRY POWDER 1 TBS

Directions:
1. Preheat stove medium heat. In the cooking pan add cooking oil 1 TBS 2. Add yellow curry paste and fry with cooking oil then add a little bit of coconut milk (about 1/3 CUP).
3. Add slightly amount of yellow curry powder and fry until fragrant and thick consistency.
4. Next add chicken and cook until tender and add the rest of coconut milk. 5. Add a pinch of salt and add a little more of yellow curry powder. 6. Add remaining coconut milk.
7. Add fish sauce 1 TBS.
8. Add sugar (dissolved) 1 TBS.
9. Add pre cooked potatoes, pre cooked carrots, and yellow onions. 10. Simmer curry for 5 minutes.
11. After that your curry is ready to serve.
